Client registrations by month
Frequency counts all recorded sessions per client, including retained older history. Since uses registration date; monthly cohorts show the latest 12 populated months. Age uses saved DOB; missing DOB is Unknown.
Password recovery & support access
Forgotten passwords use a one-time email link that expires after 30 minutes. Superadmin can enter a business workspace to assist; a visible support banner and audit log identify that access.
