Pilot terms

VisitKeep v1 provides booking and record tools. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy, permissions and appropriate use of their records and services.

Allowances

Booking quotas count appointments created during each Malaysian calendar month, including bookings for future dates. Cancelled and no-show bookings remain counted. Rescheduling the same appointment does not consume another booking. Free includes the latest six visits per client, five active phrases and one attachment per client up to 5MB, with a 50MB business storage allowance.

Subscriptions

Paid pilot access is activated manually after bank-payment verification for 30 days. It does not automatically renew. Existing unused booking allowance does not carry forward. Expired paid access falls back to Free. Amounts and limits are shown before payment.

Scope

V1 supports one owner login and one appointment resource per workspace. There are no automated WhatsApp messages, payment-gateway collections, staff scheduling, medical interpretation or offline synchronisation. Unlimited refers to booking count; file, phrase and storage limits still apply.

Your information

Keep your own exports and backups. Health information requires appropriate handling regardless of the labels used. VisitKeep does not certify professional registration or legal compliance.
