Privacy notice

VisitKeep is a pilot operated by 2D2M PLT. Account details are used to provide workspaces, manage access and review subscription payments. Each business manages the client information it collects and is responsible for its collection notices and permissions.

Client bookings and records

Booking details are shared with the selected business to arrange and manage your appointment. The business may retain session notes and attachments where appropriately authorised. Contact that business for access, correction or other requests about your client record.

Booking payments

Businesses can request a booking deposit and receive a private payment receipt for manual verification. Payment links are secret links; keep them private. Payment receipts and refund outcome records are retained by the business. VisitKeep does not collect or refund money through a payment gateway.

Access and attachments

Client records are restricted to the owning workspace. Attachments are stored privately and downloaded only after an access check. Do not upload material without permission. Consent to retain progress photos does not authorise marketing use.

Retention and export

Older visits remain stored when a plan limits their display. Businesses can export retained client information. V1 does not automatically erase records on cancellation or plan expiry. Retention and deletion requests must be managed with the administrator according to applicable requirements.
